The view of a neutral Muslim
Assalamualaikum
Today we meet many Muslims who take an unni attitude, saying “neutral”, “don’t want to bother”, “don’t want to be bothered”, subconsciously looking for face in front of humans but looking away from the pleasure of Allah Ta’ala.
When his religion was insulted, trampled on, his prophet was abused, his holy verse was insulted, everything was treated neutrally. Either because they are worried about being called fanatics, worried about being accused of being sara, and being “unfriendly to non-Muslims” and other reasons that are built by perceptions and illusions, not built by faith.
You know, neutral in a situation like this in Islam is called a mute devil.
Abu Ali Ad-Daqaq rahimahullah said:
مَنْ سَكَتَ عَن ِالْحَقِّ فَهُوَ شَيْطَانٌ أَخْرَسُ
“Whoever stays does not take a stand with al-haq, then he is a mute devil”
(Al-Minhaj Syarh Sahih Muslim 2/20).
You know, the battle of al-haq and sl-bathil will continue. Will you be a gray Muslim for the rest of your life?
Know, in the hereafter there will be no neutral Muslims, because there are only the right group (ash habul yamin) and the left group (ash habussyimal). Then clarify your position!.
You know, in the hereafter, from the human race there will only be experts in heaven and experts in hell, and even Ashhabul A’raf will eventually enter heaven. Also clarify your attitude, where are you?
Know that in the hereafter, humans will be divided into 3 groups: the believers, the kafirs and the hypocrites. Then the unbelievers and hypocrites will go to hell, they will abide in it forever (Surah At-Taubah: 63). So which one is your choice?
Know, neutral is not a dynamic attitude. But the attitude is old, rigid, static, and walking in place.
You know, you live in this world only once and you die once, so you die in a Muslim state, and you die with al-Haq.
Listen to the words of Allah ‘Azza wa Jalla:
وَمَنْ يُشَاقِقِ الرَّسُولَ مِنْ بَعْدِ مَا تَبَيَّنَ لَهُ الْهُدَىٰ وَيَتَّبِعْ غَيْرَ سَبِيلِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ نُوَلِّهِ مَا تَوَلَّىٰ وَنُصْلِهِ جَهَنَّمَ ۖ وَسَاءَتْ مَصِيرًا
And whoever opposes the Messenger after the truth has become clear to him, and follows a path that is not the path of the believers, We let him be free from the error that he had mastered and We put him into Hell, and Hell is the worst place to return to. (Surat an-Nisaa ‘: 115).
