This essence is a means to bring yourself better to Allah or to you from Him.”
“O you who think, if you fear Allah, we will give you Furqon (knowledge that can compare favor and error), and we will erase you, and cover your (sins). And Allah has a great bounty” (Surat al-Anfaal: 29)

For example imagining if he is a prophet, or difficult things that will surely make him inhabited and only being chased.

“Whoever comes to the heart of disbelief and only a trajectory that accidentally appears and after that it immediately disappears, after that he is not a disbeliever and is not guilty at all” (Al-Azkar An-Nawawi, p. 345
