Muslimcreed – Rasulullah SAW died at the age of 63 years. The departure of the prince of the Apostles left sorrow for the friends and Muslims in Medina.

Prophet Muhammad is the last messenger for Muslims who was born in 570 or the Year of the Elephant. His prophetic period began at the age of 40 years, when the Prophet Muhammad was visited by the Angel Gabriel and received his first revelation from Allah. Since then, the Prophet Muhammad began preaching in Mecca, which continued to several other areas to introduce Islam until the end of his life. Prophet Muhammad died on Monday, June 8, 632.

When the illness of the Prophet Muhammad reached its peak, he asked his other wife for permission to stay at the residence of Aisha RA. The pain continued for ten days.

Even so, he was not negligent in leaving the prayer. Even several times came to attend congregational prayers at the mosque. His condition was not possible, making Abu Bakr Ash-Siddiq replace his role as imam of prayer.

The last few days, Abu Bakr Ash-Siddiq has become the imam of the prayer in place of the Prophet Muhammad. Then, two days before his death, the Prophet Muhammad came out to perform the noon prayer and asked to be seated next to Abu Bakr.

Before his death, the Prophet Muhammad left a will several times to the Muslims. One of them, the will about the prohibition of making his grave as an idol to be worshiped.

He also invited people to avenge whatever he had done, such as whipping and so on. Then, the Prophet Muhammad also paid off his debt to his companions.

Until one day, the Prophet Muhammad again intended to lead the morning prayer in congregation in the mosque. However, the pain he suffered was becoming unbearable and he had to be replaced again by Abu Bakr as the prayer priest.

Even when he went to the mosque, he was helped slowly by Ali and Fadil bin Abbas. After the prayer, the Prophet Muhammad SAW gave a will to the congregation at the dawn prayer at that time.

They thought that the Prophet had returned to health. Without thinking that it was the last congregational prayer for the Prophet Muhammad.

Arriving at home, he felt his end was coming soon. Then, he called his family from his children and grandchildren to his wives.
